Our Barista's are trained by the professionals at illy Shanghai. We understand
that making good coffee (in the Italian way) requires a high level of skill and
knowledge. We are proud of our baristas. We are proud of them because they care
and take pride in the coffee they make for our customers. In Chinese, we say
they use their hearts to make coffee. If they overheat the milk, or if there is
not the right amount of crème on top of an espresso they have pulled, then they
simply throw it away. Our smoothies and frappes are what they should be -
Fruity, cool, healthy and free from preservatives. |
